Snowman Welcome Sign

A Snowman Welcome Sign That Means It

This snowman welcome sign is the kind of piece that makes people smile before they even knock. A rosy-cheeked snowman grins from under a patterned top hat trimmed with a green band, a sprig of greenery, and a cluster of red berries. His orange carrot nose, loopy smile, bright red scarf, and chunky green mittens pop against a deep charcoal background dotted with white snowballs — playful, bold, and full of personality.

About the Design

The snowman welcome sign is laser-cut into a round disc shape, giving it that tidy, finished look that sits just right on a front door, a porch wall, or a cosy entryway nook. The layered details — the floral texture in the background, the dimensional hat, the expressive face — are what make this piece feel like something special rather than something you just grabbed off a shelf. Every cut is done right here in the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, SK, by the hands that started Grey Barn Handwerk back in 2018.

Choose Your Way

The snowman welcome sign comes in two options, and neither one is the wrong choice.

Kit — You get the laser-cut wood pieces ready to assemble and paint at home. It’s a lovely project to do on your own, with a friend, or with the children on a slow afternoon. You set the colours, you make it yours, and you get to say you made it. (And you did. We just did the cutting.)

Ready to Gift — Grey Barn Handwerk assembles and finishes the piece for you. It arrives ready to hang and ready to charm. Great when you want the look without the craft session, or when you need a gift that’s already done.

Sizes and finish options are shown in the product options above.

Make It Yours

Want to put your family name across the bottom of your snowman welcome sign? Personalization options — names, a year, a short phrase — may be available depending on the design. Check the product options or get in touch through greybarn.ca and we’ll sort it out together.

Gift Ideas

A finished snowman welcome sign makes a lovely housewarming gift, a thank-you for a neighbour, or a treat for the person on your list who already has everything but would genuinely light up at something handcrafted. Tuck a kit into a gift bag for a crafter you love and they’ll think of you every time they look at their door.
