We’re on our farm just north of St. Gregor, SK, right off the highway. Visits and free pickup are by appointment, so send a note and we’ll find a time that suits us both.

Good to Know
- Custom idea? A photo, a sketch, a Pinterest link or even “I want my dog’s face on a mug” is plenty to start.
- Checking on an order? Your order number helps, but a name and a rough date work too.
- Working to a date? Mention it in your note (a wedding next weekend, say) and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
What to Include When You Contact Grey Barn Handwerk
The more we know, the faster we can help. Tell us what you’d like made, who it’s for, how many you need and when you need it by. If you have a photo, a sketch, a logo or a screenshot of something you love, attach it. Names and dates are easiest to get right when you type them exactly as you want them to appear. Have a question about an order you already placed? Your order number helps us find it quickly.
When You’ll Hear Back
Every message is read and answered by a real person, usually within the week. Busy seasons like November and December can take a little longer, so if your date is tight, say so in your note and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible. For an order you’ve already placed, include your order number and we’ll look it up right away.
Visiting the Barn
Pickups and visits happen at the Barn, on our farm just north of St. Gregor, about 20 minutes from Humboldt. Because there’s only one of us and the work happens up in the loft, visits are by appointment. Send a note with a day and time that suits you and we’ll confirm. You’ll get an e-mail as soon as your order is ready to collect. If the roads are bad in winter, we’ll happily find another day that works for you.
Custom, Team and Business Orders
Planning something bigger, like gifts for a whole team, a fundraiser shop for a school or club, or thank-yous for your clients? Tell us the numbers and the date, and we’ll come back with ideas, a quote and a proof before anything is made. Our corporate gifts page has more on how those orders work.
