How a Kit Works
The design is already cut into the wood — no file, no laser, no cutting machine needed.
1. Cut in the Barn
Your piece is cut and sanded on our laser in the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, SK, with the layers sorted and a picture of the finished piece.
2. Picked Up or Posted
Pick it up in the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, SK or we send it by Canada Post — you’ll get an e-mail the moment it’s ready or on its way.
3. You Paint and Put It Together
Craft paint, a brush, wood glue and an evening. Rather not paint? Choose Ready to Gift and we do that part in the Barn.

A Little About the Barn
We turn ‘What do I get them?’ into ‘Where did you find this?’
Grey Barn Handwerk is named for the 100-year-old grey barn on our farm, just north of St. Gregor, Saskatchewan. Handwerk is German for craft, a nod to Loriann’s roots. The work itself happens up in the loft of the Barn, with a laser, a heat press and a sublimation station at the top of the stairs. Loriann started it in 2018 after 25 years in IT, and it has grown one order at a time ever since.
