Hi Penguin Sign

Say Hello in the Sweetest Way Possible

This penguin hi sign is the kind of thing that makes people stop, smile, and immediately want to know where it came from. A cheerful round sign featuring a round-cheeked penguin decked out in teal earmuffs and a cosy pink scarf, surrounded by white snowflake dots on a dark floral-patterned background — it’s warm, it’s whimsical, and it’s laser-cut right here in Saskatchewan.

About the Design

That little penguin isn’t just cute — it has personality. The “hi” script tucked beside it gives the whole piece a friendly, welcoming energy that works beautifully on a front door, an entryway wall, a mudroom, or honestly anywhere you want a little happiness to greet people. The circular shape keeps it classic while the colours pop with just enough playfulness. Whether you’re decorating your own space or gifting it to someone who collects adorable things (we all know someone), this penguin hi sign earns its spot.

Choose Your Way

The penguin hi sign comes in two options — pick what suits you best:

• Kit — You get the laser-cut wood pieces, precision-cut and ready for your creative touch. Paint it, finish it, and make it completely your own at your own pace. A wonderful project for a cosy evening in.
• Ready to Gift — We assemble and finish the piece for you right here at Grey Barn Handwerk in the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, SK. It arrives looking exactly as lovely as the picture.

Available sizes and option details are shown in the product options above.

Make It Yours

Have a specific colour palette in mind, or want to match your existing décor? The Kit gives you full control over colours and finishes. If you’re ordering the Ready to Gift version and have a personalization question — a name, a date, a custom colour request — reach out before ordering and we’ll see what we can do. We love a good conversation about a project.

Gift Ideas

This penguin hi sign makes a wonderful gift for anyone who loves charming home décor — a new homeowner, a penguin enthusiast (they exist and they are dedicated), a friend who decorates for every season, or a child who wants something delightful in their room. The Kit version is also a lovely craft activity to share with someone.
