How It Works
1. Share Your Idea
Fill out the form below with a photo, a sketch, a logo or just a few words. It asks the right questions, so you don’t need every detail figured out.
2. Pricing and Your Proof
We talk materials, sizes and quantities, and you get your exact price upfront. For engraved or branded pieces, you’ll see a digital proof before we make anything. One round of changes is included.
3. We Make It in the Barn
Orders are made in the order they come in. Working to a date? Tell us upfront and we’ll say straight away whether it works. A rush fee applies when we jump the queue. Busy seasons like November and December fill up fast, so earlier is always better.
4. Pick Up or We Ship
Free pickup at the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, SK, or Canada Post anywhere in Canada, with tracking. All the details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What We Customize
Ornaments
Family names, wedding dates, first-home addresses or a prairie design, laser-engraved and ready to hang.
Wood Signs & Boards
Farm signs with your family name and cutting boards engraved with coordinates or a family recipe.
Drinkware
Tumblers and mugs with your logo, farm name or message. Great for teams, clients and holiday gifts.
Wedding Favours
Ornaments, coasters and small keepsakes with the couple’s names and date. Favours guests actually keep.
Apparel
Bunnyhugs, t-shirts and long sleeves for reunions, teams and businesses, printed to suit the fabric.
Something Else?
Keychains, bookmarks, gift tags and one-of-a-kind ideas. If we can engrave it, print it or make it, we’ll give it an honest shot. Custom orders big and small are welcome, from one keepsake to a few hundred pieces.

Do you have minimum order quantities?
Nope. We’ll make one custom ornament or 500.
How much do custom orders cost?
It depends on materials, size, quantity and detail. Fill out the form below for a free quote.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Absolutely. Upload your artwork, logo or even a rough sketch with your order, and we’ll work with what you have.
How long do custom orders take?
Each one is made after you approve the proof, in the order received. Tell us your date upfront and we’ll say straight away whether it works. You’ll get an e-mail as soon as it’s ready for pickup or on its way.
What file types work best?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best for logos. A high-resolution JPG or PNG works too. Not sure? Upload it anyway and we’ll let you know.
When will I hear back?
Every request gets a personal reply from a real person, usually within the week (a little longer in the busy season).
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Yes to both. Pickup at the Barn is free, and we ship anywhere in Canada by Canada Post.
