Frohe Weihnachten Sign

A Frohe Weihnachten Wood Sign Worth Hanging With Pride

This frohe weihnachten wood sign is the kind of piece that stops people in their tracks. A crescent moon of warm wood grain frames a storybook winter scene: Santa’s sleigh pulled by a team of reindeer arcing across a star-scattered sky, tall evergreen trees standing silent below, and a small family of deer gathered in the clearing. The words Frohe Weihnachten — Merry Christmas in German — curve along the bottom in a flowing script, making it a beautiful nod to heritage, tradition, or simply a love of something a little different.

About the Design

The contrast of crisp white laser-cut layers against the deep, natural wood background gives this frohe weihnachten wood sign its warmth and depth. Stars dot the sky, the trees have that perfect hand-drawn quality, and the whole scene has a cosy storybook feel that looks right at home on a front door, a mantle, or a feature wall. It’s the kind of detail that makes people ask, “Where did you get that?”

Choose Your Way

The frohe weihnachten wood sign comes in two options — pick the one that suits you best.

DIY Kit: You get all the laser-cut wood pieces, ready for you to assemble, paint, and finish at home your way. It’s a lovely project to do on a quiet evening or alongside older children. Paint and supplies are not included — just the pieces.

Ready-Made: We assemble and finish the sign right here at Grey Barn Handwerk in Saskatchewan, so it arrives (or gets picked up) ready to hang. No fuss, all the charm.
