You Made It. We’ll Make It Real.
AI tools have handed a lot of people a paintbrush, and some of what lands in our inbox is fantastic. The catch: a picture on a phone screen and a picture on a mug are two very different things. Screens forgive; ink, heat presses and lasers don’t.
That’s where we come in. Send your image, tell us what you’d like it on, and we’ll tell you plainly what will work, what needs a little help and what it will cost.
We look at the size, the sharpness and the colours, then check how your image will behave on the piece you picked. If it needs a little cleaning up, resizing or a fresh outline, we can take care of that too (see Design Fees below), so the finished piece looks every bit as good as it did on your screen.
You stay in the loop the whole way, with real answers from a real person. Then your piece is crafted right here in the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, and ready for pickup or shipping anywhere in Canada.
What We Can Put Your AI Art On
Full-colour art shines on anything we print. Line art, lettering and bold designs are the stars of the laser side of the workshop.

Mugs & Drinkware
Mugs, tumblers and travel cups in full colour, or engraved for a clean, lasting finish. The most popular home for AI art.

Apparel, Totes & Pillows
T-shirts, bunnyhugs, totes and pillow covers. Printing handles gradients, photo-style detail and every colour your AI dreamed up.

Wood, Signs & Laser Work
Cutting boards, ornaments, keychains and signs. The laser draws in shades of burn, so bold, simple art looks best.
A Quick Word About Colour and Wood
A laser engraver has exactly one crayon, and it’s “burnt.” It turns light and dark into lighter and deeper scorch marks; it can’t print red, blue or a sunset.
Want colour? We’ll put it on a mug, tumbler, shirt, tote or pillow. Want wood? Pick art that was born for engraving (line art, silhouettes, lettering), or we’ll convert your colour art into a clean engraving-ready version. Not sure? Send it anyway. Sorting that out is the fun part.
Here’s the good news: some art was practically born for wood. Bold outlines, strong contrast and simple shapes engrave crisp and clean, and lettering looks right at home. Soft gradients, tiny details and photo-style shading need a little extra love, so we simplify them until they look sharp and clear.
Every piece of wood brings its own grain and tone, too, so your engraving picks up a little natural character along the way. No two pieces turn out exactly alike, and that’s the beauty of something handcrafted: your design, plus a bit of prairie personality from the wood itself.

How It Works
1. Send the File
Use the custom order form and attach the biggest, cleanest version of your image. Tell us what you’d like it on and roughly how many.
2. We Check It Over
We look at size, resolution and whether the art suits the product. If anything needs work, we’ll quote any design fee upfront, before a thing is touched.
3. Proof, Then Make
You approve a proof, then it’s made in the Barn, ready for free pickup or Canada Post shipping anywhere in Canada.
Design Fees: When Your Art Needs a Hand
Plenty of AI images arrive print-ready and cost nothing extra. Others need a little workshop magic first:
- Print-ready file, no changes: no design fee.
- Background removal or clean-up: a small flat fee, quoted before we start.
- Edits and changes: adding names or dates, adjusting colours, fixing that six-fingered hand. Priced by the work involved.
- Vector (SVG) conversion for laser work: turning a colour picture into a crisp engraving-ready file. The most involved job, and the one that makes wood pieces look intentional.
- Upscaling for large prints: bigger products need bigger files, and sometimes that means rebuilding detail.
Every fee is quoted in writing before any work begins, and it’s yours to say yes or no to.
Free Guide: Better AI Art on the First Try
Twenty-five years in IT taught Loriann one thing that still holds: computers do exactly what you tell them. The free AI Art Prompting Guide shows you how to ask for images that print well, what “high contrast” means to a laser, and the few words that can save you a design fee.
