Why Customer Reviews Matter so Much to a Small Business
For a small business on a farm just north of St. Gregor, customer reviews do a lot of heavy lifting. We don’t have a big advertising budget or a storefront on a busy street. What we have is people who took the time to tell others how their gift turned out.
Every review helps someone else feel confident ordering from a business they’ve never heard of. It tells them there’s a real person behind the website, that questions get answered and that the finished piece looks as good as the pictures. And on the days when the Loft is extra busy, reading a kind review is a pretty great reminder of why we do this.
If one of our pieces made someone smile, a few words on Google or on our Leave a Review page means more than you might think. Customer reviews are how a small Saskatchewan business grows, one happy gift at a time.
