Gifts That Earn a Spot on the Desk

Most promo items have a short life: a pen, a stress ball, a mug that ends up at the back of the cupboard. A gift with real craftsmanship, and maybe their own name on it, gets used, kept and talked about.

That’s good for the people you’re thanking, and good for your business every time someone asks, “Where did you find this?”

Every piece is Handwerked in the Barn, so your order gets real attention from start to finish. Your logo is proofed by eye, every name is checked letter by letter, and each gift is looked over by hand before it heads your way.

Because everything is crafted to order, your gifts say exactly what you want them to: your logo, a thank-you line, a milestone date or each person’s own name.

We’ve been at this since 2018, from single keepsakes to bigger orders, so we know how to keep piece number fifty looking just as good as piece number one.

And when you choose a small Saskatchewan business, your thank-you does a little extra good. It supports a real person on a real farm, and it gives the people you’re thanking a story worth telling.

Who We Work With

  • Realtors: closing gifts with the new address or the family name, ready for their first night home.
  • Municipalities and RMs: thank-you gifts for staff, council and the volunteers who keep things running.
  • Ag businesses: customer appreciation gifts that look right at home on the farm.
  • Financial and insurance professionals: client gifts that say thanks for your trust.
  • Small businesses: staff gifts, work anniversaries and holiday thank-yous.
  • Schools and teams: we’re working on something special for school and team fundraising. Ask us about it, we’d love to hear what your group needs.

A Few Ideas to Get You Started

  • Engraved cutting boards: a client gift that ends up on the counter for years.
  • Tumblers and mugs: your logo on one side, their name on the other.
  • Laser-cut signs: for the office, the shop or the new homeowner’s front door.
  • Ornaments: a holiday thank-you that comes out every December.
  • Bunnyhugs, tees and totes: team wear people want to wear on the weekend.

Something else in mind? Tell us about it. Most of our favourite projects started with “Is this possible?”

How It Works

1. Share Your Idea

Tell us what you’re picturing, how many you need and when. Send your logo in whatever file you have, and we’ll take it from there.

2. Approve Your Proof

You’ll receive a quote and a proof, so you see exactly how it will look before anything is cut, engraved or printed.

3. We Craft It in the Barn

Each piece is handcrafted just north of St. Gregor, then ready for pickup or shipped anywhere in Canada.

Questions

Is there a minimum?

Corporate orders start at 10 of the same item with your logo, and each piece can carry its own name. Need fewer? Our Custom Orders page has you covered.

Can each gift have a different name on it?

Yes. Send us the list of names, and every piece gets its own at no extra setup cost.

What logo files work best?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. A high-resolution JPG or PNG works too. Not sure? Send it anyway and we’ll let you know.

How far ahead should we order?

The earlier the better, especially for Christmas and year-end gifts. Tell us your date when you reach out, and we’ll let you know honestly what’s possible.

Pickup or shipping?

Both. Pick up at the Barn, just north of St. Gregor, or we’ll ship anywhere in Canada by Canada Post.
