Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt: The Reliable Blank
The Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt is about as classic as a custom tee gets. It is a heavier-weight cotton shirt with a straightforward, classic fit, no bells and whistles, just a sturdy tee built to take a print and keep on going. That simplicity is exactly why it has become a standard choice for teams, businesses, and events that want a dependable shirt without a lot of fuss.
A heavier cotton fabric like this holds ink well and stands up to regular wear and washing, which makes it a favourite starting point for screen printed logos, event dates, and team names. Whether you need five shirts or fifty, this blank scales easily.
Perfect For

- Company events and staff shirts
- Fundraisers and community events

How Grey Barn Customizes It
Screen printing is the classic pairing for a heavy cotton tee like this one, especially for larger orders or bold, single- to multi-colour designs. For smaller runs or more detailed artwork, vinyl is another option, and embroidery can work for a smaller chest logo if you want something a bit more polished.
Bring us your artwork, choose your sizes and colours, and Grey Barn Handwerk will turn this dependable Gildan blank into shirts your whole crew will be proud to wear. Grey Barn Handwerk. Prairie Crafted.
