    We’ll discuss materials, sizing, quantities, design options, and give you an honest timeline. You’ll get transparent pricing with no hidden fees. No surprises at checkout, no vague estimates — just straight answers about what it costs and how long it takes.
  • Step 3: Design Approval
    For custom laser engraving or branded items, we’ll send a digital proof before production, so you’ll see exactly what your finished piece will look like. One round of revisions is included — so share as much detail as you can up front. Reasonable tweaks are always welcome; major redesigns or multiple revision rounds may be subject to a design fee.
  • Step 4: We Handcraft Your Order
    Once you approve the design, we get to work in our St. Gregor workshop. Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on order size and current workload. Orders are completed in the sequence received. Tight deadlines may be accommodated when the workshop schedule allows; a rush fee applies.
  • Step 5: Pick Up or We Ship
