  • Step 2: We Talk Details & Pricing
    We’ll discuss materials, sizing, quantities, design options, and give you an honest timeline. You’ll get transparent pricing with no hidden fees. No surprises at checkout, no vague estimates — just straight answers about what it costs and how long it takes.
  • Step 3: Design Approval
    For custom laser engraving or branded items, we’ll send you a digital proof before production. You’ll see exactly what your finished piece will look like. Request changes until it’s right – we don’t charge for reasonable design revisions.
  • Step 4: We Handcraft Your Order
    Once you approve the design, we get to work in our St. Gregor workshop. Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on order size and current workload. Rush orders? Let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate tight deadlines.
  • Step 5: Pick Up or We Ship
