How We Make It — From Workshop to Your Door

Saskatchewan handcrafted products workshop — Grey Barn Handwerk maker space with laser engraver and heat press in St. Gregor

Step 1 — The Workshop

Everything starts inside a converted grey barn in St. Gregor, Saskatchewan — population 350. No warehouse. No fulfilment centre. Just a small-town workshop where Saskatchewan handcrafted products come to life, stocked with laser engravers, heat presses, and more coffee mugs than one person should own.

Step 2 — The Design

Every product begins with an idea — sometimes ours, sometimes yours. We design in-house, tweak until it’s right, and test materials before a single product ships. Custom orders get the same attention as our bestsellers because around here, every piece matters.

Step 3 — The Build

We laser-engrave, sublimate, press, cut, sand, and finish everything ourselves. Handcrafted in Saskatchewan means exactly that — made by hand, in Saskatchewan. We don’t send files overseas and wait for a shipping container. We walk ten steps to the workbench and get it done.

Our Saskatchewan Handcrafted Products

Grey Barn Handwerk started with a simple idea: make things worth keeping. Things that aren’t stamped out by a machine on the other side of the planet. Things that carry a little bit of where they came from.

We don’t do mass production. We don’t chase trends cooked up in a boardroom somewhere. We build products that survive brutal winters, blazing summers, and everyday prairie life — because that’s the life we live too. Every mug, every ornament, every bunnyhug that leaves our workshop carries a piece of this place with it.

Whether you’re shopping for yourself, gifting someone who bleeds green and white, or supporting a small Saskatchewan business instead of a faceless corporation — you’re in the right place.
