Typically, it takes us about 5 days to process and prepare your order for shipment. We want to make sure that every item is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and ready to embark on its journey to your doorstep.

We work with Canada Post, who shares our commitment to efficient and reliable service. While we wish we could snap our fingers and have your order magically appear on your porch, the actual shipping time can range from 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Grey Barn purchase, but if, by any chance, you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help guide you through the process.  Our return and exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind. Here’s how it works:

If you find that your item doesn’t quite meet your expectations or if you received a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to our friendly customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re here to listen, to provide guidance, and to ensure that you have a positive experience with Grey Barn.

When it comes to returns, we kindly ask that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same beautiful condition it arrived in. Just be sure to keep tags intact and return the item within 10 days of contacting our customer support.

For exchanges, we’ll work with you to find the perfect replacement that will make your heart sing. Simply let us know what you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll guide you through the process of sending the original item back to us while making sure the new one is on its way to you.

Please note, that personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We put so much love and attention into crafting these special pieces just for you, and we hope they become cherished keepsakes that bring you joy for years to come.
