That’d be us — a small female-team of makers based in St. Gregor, Saskatchewan. We design, craft, and package everything ourselves in our barn workshop.
We love visitors, but we’re not set up for regular drop-ins yet. For local pickups or special visits, email us first and we’ll see what we can do.

Customization
Yes! Most of our products can be customized with names, dates, quotes, or inside jokes that only you and your bestie understand. For many of our products, you can just upload the image you’d like, and for other personalization, just add your personalization details in the order notes at checkout.
We’ll double-check spelling with you before we start engraving or printing — because “Congradulations” isn’t the vibe. But once we get your approval and start making it, changes aren’t possible. Measure twice, type once.
Got a wild idea? We love that. E-mail us with details about what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen. No promises, but we’re pretty creative.
For most products, we don’t send proofs — we use the details you provide at checkout. But if you’ve got something extra special or complicated, reach out and we’ll work with you.
Care & Maintenance
Hand wash with warm soapy water for longest life. Dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand washing keeps it looking prettier longer. Avoid extreme temperature changes (no ice water immediately after hot coffee).
Hand wash only! The insulation and finish will thank you.
Hand wash only, never soak. Dry immediately. Treat with food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner every few months to keep it looking gorgeous.
Store them somewhere safe (not the bottom of a box under the Halloween decorations). Wipe gently with a soft cloth if they get dusty. Keep away from moisture.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. We don’t accept chickens, baked goods, or IOUs. Sorry.
Yes! All prices are in CAD. Because we’re Canadian, eh?
We run sales and promotions throughout the year — sign up for our newsletter to get first dibs. We also offer bulk discounts for corporate or wedding orders. Just reach out.
Nope, just one code per order. We know, we know — but we’re a small business, not Amazon.
Returns
Since most of our Handwerke are one-of-a-kind and personalized just for you, we don’t accept refunds. We know — it sounds harsh, but when something’s custom-made with your name on it (literally), there’s not much we can do with it after the fact.
However: If your item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own, we’ll issue store credit so you can grab something else you’ll love. We’re fair people — if we messed up or the shipping gremlins got rowdy, we’ll make it right.
First, we’re really sorry — that’s the last thing we want. E-mail us with photos of the damage and your order number within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll review it and issue store credit if the damage wasn’t caused during use.
Cracked mugs, broken ornaments, chipped wood, printing errors, spelling mistakes we made (not you) — basically anything that shows up wrong or broken through no fault of yours. Normal wear and tear after you’ve used it? That’s on you, friend.
You’ve got 7 days from the day your package arrives to let us know something’s wrong. After that, we’ll assume everything arrived safely and you’re living your best handmade life.
If we spelled your name wrong or got the details incorrect despite you providing them correctly, we’ll absolutely make it right with store credit. If you made a typo in your order and we made exactly what you asked for… that’s a bit trickier. Double-check your spelling before you hit “order!”
Personalized items are final sale — because, well, we made it specifically for you. If there’s an error on our end (wrong spelling, damaged item), we’ll absolutely make it right.
We get it — buyer’s remorse happens. But because our items are handmade and often personalized, all sales are final. Think of it like getting a tattoo, but less permanent and way cuter.
Since most items are personalized, exchanges aren’t really possible. But if you receive store credit for a damaged item, you can use it toward anything else in the shop.
We’ll email you a store credit code that you can use on your next order. It never expires, so no rush — use it when you find something that makes you smile (or snort-laugh).
